The path to sustainable living
We want to live a long, healthy and meaningful life, where we spend our time, energy and resources on what matters most, while ensuring our lifestyle does not impact our planet or the life on it. We call it 'Sustainalife' because we want to sustain our lives, sustain our physical and mental wellbeing, income, relationships and the environment for which all life flourishes.
We believe the journey to better living is all encompassing and that includes mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, financial and environmental wellbeing. They are all important and interconnected parts of our lives, and if we want to
live better we need to address all of those areas.
To do this we want to help those on the journey to better living through the application of life improving practices:
A way of life that focuses on simplicity and intentionality with regard to simplifying your activities, home living, relationships and material possessions. Get rid of the excess and focus on what is truly important. Remember,
it’s not about the lack of something, but rather the perfect amount of something.
Applying a selective criteria for what is essential, so we can channel our time, energy and effort into making the highest possible contribution toward the goals and activities that matter. Choose what you want to do, get better results with
fewer tasks and remember, if you don’t prioritise your life someone else will.
The ability to know what is going on inside and outside of ourselves, moment by moment, by fully attending to what’s happening, what your doing, what your body needs and how you affect the world around you. Stay connected with
your inner self, improve the main pillars of health, give your body the fuel it needs while respecting and protecting life.
Creating a life that combines these elements will result in you maximising your time, producing greater results, prioritising the things you most value and removing anything that distracts you from them, improving your physical,
mental and spiritual health, becoming conscious of the world around you and leading a more sustainable life.
